In the past 9 months in office, Lopez backed several initiatives for reform –
from getting rid of the 5-6 lending scheme for microenterprises to supporting
the proposal to raise car taxes.
Lopez is also in discussions with the Department of Finance to add new fiscal
incentives in a bid to attract more foreign investors into the country.
